Mountain Lodge in Ponte di Legno: apartment renovation
Interior design inspired by Alpine nature
The renovation project of the Mountain Lodge in Ponte di Legno was born from the intention to merge the authentic charm of Alpine architecture with contemporary elegance, creating an intimate and refined refuge immersed in the mountain landscape. The warm atmosphere of traditional chalets is reinterpreted through clean lines, natural materials, and a tailored care of spaces.
Custom-made wood kitchen
The heart of the project is the kitchen area, completely custom-made in wood, designed as a large architectural structure that integrates functionality and scenic presence. The textured grain, warm tones, and craftsmanship of the work give the space an authentic and sophisticated character. The kitchen becomes an important volume, designed to dialogue with the entire living area.
Contemporary living area in harmony with the mountain view
Above the kitchen, a loft has been designed to take advantage of the verticality of the space, creating a second level from which it’s possible to perceive the entire living area from above. This suspended space serves as a relaxing or reading area, a small reserved refuge that enriches the use of the home without weighing down the volumes. The light balustrades and essential design of the details maintain a language consistent with the overall layout.
The living area, developed around the discreet presence of the lateral fireplace, retains a warm but contemporary aesthetic: soft lights, natural surfaces, and custom-made furnishings contribute to creating a cozy atmosphere, in perfect harmony with the mountain view.
Custom design and total supervision
The result is a lodge that combines character, comfort, and refinement: an environment built around the idea of domestic warmth, where wood becomes the protagonist and vertical proportions shape an elegant living experience deeply connected to the mountain. “Glamour Mountain” tells a new way of living in the Alpine environment, authentic and contemporary at the same time.
