This renovation stems from the idea of creating a constant dialogue between architecture and landscape, where harmony becomes the guiding thread of every compositional choice. Tailored details for functional spaces
The great heights of the main environment made possible the addition of a mezzanine, designed as a suspended space that visually embraces the living area. The kitchen, deliberately lowered compared to the living room, creates a game of levels that accentuates the perception of verticality and helps to scan the functions without introducing visual barriers.
On the mezzanine level, the TV area comes to life, designed to offer intimacy while remaining an integral element of the main space. A central glass staircase connects the two levels, an iconic element of the project: crossing it gives a feeling of lightness and suspension, as if moving through the lake’s reflections themselves.
Swimming pool as an integral part of the house
The outdoor pool has been designed following the geometry of the house itself, becoming a natural extension of the architecture. Partially underground, it rises along the perimeter through a series of elevations that act as built-in benches: these perimeter seats define a large outdoor lounge area, making the outdoor space usable and welcoming throughout the summer season.
A distinctive and highly scenic element is the front glass made, which allows the internal volumes and pool depth to be perceived from the outside, offering a unique view of those swimming inside. This detail, perfectly visible from the inside of the villa, transforms the pool into a living, dynamic architectural presence, an integral part of the house and its visual narrative.

The overall result is a harmonious, bright, and enchanting environment, where architecture dialogues with nature and spaces intertwine fluidly, restoring a living experience of great elegance and serenity.
